Commissions
I have had the opportunity to work on some amazing commissions in my life. As a teenager I was asked to design tattoos, logos, even illustration a book or two. Professionally, I’ve been offered several projects since finishing my bachelors degree.
I’ll be adding a way to get information on hiring me for commissions soon.
This is a sticker I created for Rheinlander Bakery, where I worked for about two years. While I was employed there, the owners thought I could design a sticker for their Lemon Mousse pastry.
The idea for the sticker came from a mishap where one of the bakers was setting the pastries in the freezer. She intended to write “lemon mousse” on the batch, but instead wrote “lemon moose.” This gave the store manager the idea to make a little drawing of a lemon with legs and antlers. After I’d worked there for a few months, the owners asked me to make a new drawing of it for them.
I had a lot of fun with this project as it helped me push my conceptual process. The drawing was done in pencil and colored digitally.
